Erica Shepherd of Greenwood, Indiana, won the Women's Golfweek Hoosier Amateur held at the Pfau Course at Indiana University. Shepherd bested her score each day ending with a 2-under-par 69 that included a bogey-free back nine and three birdies. She won by an impressive seven strokes and finished the tournament at 2-over-par 215. Shepherd is a sophomore on the Duke University women's golf team and a five-time Rolex Junior All-American during her junior golf career.

Tommy Kuhl of Morton, Illinois, won the men's Golfweek Hoosier Amateur with a tournament total of 5-over-par 218. Kuhl jumped into the lead after a second round of 2-under-par 69 that included five birdies. He held on to win by two strokes over Mitch Davis. Kuhl is a junior on the University of Illinois men's golf team and competed in AJGA events from 2014 to 2018.

AnPhi Le of Frederick, Maryland, won in the Girls Division of the Middle Atlantic PGA Fall Festival. Le ran away with the victory after rounds of 3-over-par 75 and 1-over-par 73 left her alone at the top, 18 strokes clear of second place. Le has played in four events during the 2020 season and has only finished outside the top five once.

Brian Polinchock of Moseley, Virginia, took home the title at the Tarheel Golf Foundation Cardinal Junior Amateur at Bryan Park. He was three strokes off the lead heading into the final round but his 2-under-par 70 was enough to earn him a two-stroke victory at 1-under-par 143 for the tournament. In his only AJGA start, Polinchock finished T39 at the 2018 Windham Mountain Resort Junior All-Star.
