John Daly II of Clearwater, Florida, won by nine strokes in the Boys Division of the International Junior Golf Tour Florida Junior at Falcon’s Fire. He carded five birdies and an eagle on his way to a final round of 6-under-par 66 and a tournament total of 8-under-par 136. Daly II has played in AJGA events since 2017 and his best finish came at the 2017 AJGA Preview at Innisbrook (Ages 12-15) where he finished T8.

Meghan Royal of Carlsbad, California, won in the Girls Division of the Toyota Tour Cup Invitational after carding a 3-over-par 219. Royal was one shot back heading into the final round of the tournament and she shot a 1-over-par 73 to win by one. The 15-year-old was consistent all week, having three-straight rounds of 1-over-par 73. Royal has played in two AJGA events with her best finish coming at the 2018 AJGA Preview at River Ridge (Ages 12-15) where she finished seventh.

Alexander Yang of Carlsbad, California, came back from a six-stroke deficit in the Boys Division Toyota Tour Cup Invitational to earn the title. Yang’s impressive final round of 7-under-par 65 included eight birdies and put him at the top by one stroke. He finished the tournament at 9-under-par 207. He has been playing in AJGA events since 2015 and has one win at the 2018 AJGA Junior at Yolo Fliers. The 16-year-old is No. 12 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and was a 2018 Rolex Junior All-American.

Kyle Kushnir of Raleigh, North Carolina, shot back-to-back rounds in the 60s to earn the title at the Tarheel Youth Golf Association State Championship. Although he was two back going into the final round, he carded a 5-under-par 70 to get to a tournament total of 7-under-par 133 and win by two strokes. Kushnir’s best finish in an AJGA event came at the 2018 AJGA Junior All-Star presented by Explore York where he finished T13.
