93 AJGA alums are competing in the KPMG Women's PGA Championship
2011 PING Junior Solheim Cup - Day One

Over the weekend, 156 players will finish competing at Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia, for the 2021 KPMG Women's PGA Championship trophy. This is the 67th Women's PGA Championship and one of five major championships being played on the LPGA Tour during the 2021 season.

93 out of the 156 women competing are AJGA alums.

There are seven former Rolex Junior Players of the Year in the field:

  • Patty Tavatanakit (2016)
  • Andrea Lee (2014)
  • Alison Lee (2013)
  • Ariya Jutanugarn (2011, 2012)
  • Inbee Park (2002)
  • Cristie Kerr (1995)

Jutanugarn had a very successful junior golf career. She won four AJGA tournaments including the 2011 Rolex Girls Junior Championship, 2012 Polo Golf Junior Classic, 2012 Rolex Girls Junior Championship, and 2012 Thunderbird International Junior. She was a three time first-team Rolex Junior All-American. Additionally, she was Rolex Junior Player of the Year in 2011 and 2012.

Stackhouse, who played college golf at Stanford University, had four victories as a junior at AJGA tournaments. She won the 2009 Ringgold Telephone Company Junior Classic, the 2010 AJGA Junior at Steelwood presented by AT&T, the 2011 AJGA Junior at Steelwood presented by AT&T, and the 2011 Exide Technologies Junior Open. She was a three time Rolex Junior All-American in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
