The Arrowhead Junior Golf Tour believes strongly that it is part of our mission to promote qualified tour members to the nation's collegiate golf programs. Any boy or girl 11-18 years old who has not yet begun college is eligible to play on the Arrowhead Junior Golf Tour. Graduating high school seniors are encouraged to compete throughout the summer after their senior year in high school. All tournament participants must be AJGT members.
The Arrowhead Junior Golf Tour has announced a partnership with the American Junior Golf Association, becoming tournament title partner of the Arrowhead Junior at The Bluffs Country Club and Resort, June 24-27.
“Arrowhead enjoys supporting junior golf and is excited to bring another AJGA event to our great state of Louisiana,” said Owen Seiler, Director of Arrowhead Junior Golf Tour.
The 54-hole stroke play event, located in St. Francisville, La., will feature 96 of the top junior golfers, boys and girls ages 12-18. The event marks the first time the AJGA will travel to The Bluffs Country Club and Resort, which was ranked as one of the top five courses in the state of Louisiana by Golfweek.
“We are excited to bring the nation’s best junior golfers to The Bluffs Country Club and Resort for the first time in AJGA history,” said Darren Nelson, AJGA Senior Regional Director for the South Central area. “The club is consistently ranked as a top venue in the state and will be a great challenge for the juniors.”
