Moon Golf was founded in 2015 by Anne and Dan Moon. The couple’s love for golf and experience in retail moved them into creating Moon Golf with the goal of sharing the same passion of golf to their customers. Moon Golf also ensures to provide world-class golf products, service, and more to all customers.
The community and Auburn-Opelika Tourism have been fantastic supporters of the AJGA’s mission over several years, and we greatly appreciate their continued support and dedication to ensure that this event is a great one for our members and their families. We also could not be more thankful for the support of Moon Golf, it has tremendously helped this event continue to make an impact in the local community. This award is well deserved and is a representation of what our events can become with the support of the community.
Moon Golf has now expanded to three locations on the eastern half of the United States. Two belong to Melbourne and Vero Beach, Florida and the other in the Moon’s alma mater, Auburn, Alabama.
While providing world-class golf equipment, Moon Golf provided even more for the juniors at their tournament. Each player received a T-shirt and $75 gift card to Moon Golf as well as an ATO goodie bag.
Players didn’t only receive gifts from Moon Golf, but memories they will never forget in the practice round. Thanks to Auburn-Opelika Tourism and the Moon’s alma mater, Aubie, Auburn University’s mascot was on-site with the players during their practice rounds. Players were able to interact with the historic mascot after their practice rounds.
