Nine earn top honors at weekend AJGA events



Amino Vital® / Joey D Golf Junior Championship

  • Michael Saccente of Edgewater, Florida, won his first AJGA event with a final-round score of 141.
  • Elle Nachmann of Boca Raton, Florida, won her first AJGA event in the Girls Division with a tournament total of 1-under-par 143. 


AJGA Junior All-Star at Bentwater

  • First-round leader Chaz Aurilia of Phoenix, won the his first AJGA event in a sudden-death playoff after posting a two-day total of
    1-over-par 145. 
  • Jennie Park of Carrollton, Texas, also won in a sudden-death playoff with a 1-under-par 143. 


AJGA Preview at Cypress Ridge

  • Sergi Mata of Palo Alto, California, and Ryan Vaughan of San Jose, California, shared medalist honors after carding a tournament-total even-par 144.
  • In the Girls Division, Kaleiya Romero of San Jose, California, recorded a tournament-total 1-over-par 145 to earn medalist honors in her first ever AJGA event.


AJGA Junior at Carlton Oaks

  • Austin Murphy of Morgan Hill, California, claimed the Boys Division title after shooting a tournament total of 6-under-par 138.
  • Alyaa Abdulghany of Newport Beach, California, carded a tournament total of 5-under-par 139 to win in the Girls Division.
