Rolex Junior All-America First Team | Eugene Hong

Hong, making his second appearance as a first-team Rolex Junior All-American, recorded his first AJGA Invitational win at the Haas Family Invitational in June. Hong, who verbally committed to play for the University of Florida, finished the year with six top-10 finishes in national junior golf events, including second at the CB&I / Simplify Boys Championship at Carlton Woods, a semifinal appearance in the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and T9 at the Rolex Tournament of Champions. Capping off his 2016 season, the high school junior made his second appearance in the Wyndham Cup for the East Team as well as his first for the U.S. in the Junior Ryder Cup. Hong is No. 4 in the Polo Golf Rankings.
