  • What's one thing people don't know about you? In Uganda there's a special type of bug we eat locally referred to as "Nsenene," seriously not the Timon & Pumba kind (what you & my wife think 😊) - the word is special bugs!

  • What's your favorite AJGA experience/memory? I feel it’s a tie between these two:

1 – The welcome I received when I joined the AJGA. It felt like everyone I met knew me or was a friend. The work culture here (AJGA) makes me look forward to every work day.

2 – My first experience of what happens at the Rolex Tournament of Champions via the 2020 Virtual broadcast. It surely crowns all the efforts of everyone throughout the year!

  • Who's been your biggest influence in life? Christ has been the constant force in how I model my life, otherwise, my list of mentors is endless.

  • What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? Spoil it but learn – break it only if you can study the process to put it together again. We go through life holding material stuff on a mantle forgetting the power of innovation and refining new things. I couldn’t afford a computer and as an IT student I was scared to mess up anybody’s computer. A friend who was giving me keyboard lessons noticed the fear I had and he said that statement which has cheered me up in many scenarios (sure enough, I did pull apart my first laptop & put it back together).
