Get to know David
- What is one thing people don't know about you? When I was a kid (and maybe a little bit as an adult...), I played a lot of video games. Although I did participate in various sports, none could match my skills in Mario Kart. I was nationally ranked in Mario Kart Wii and had a World Record on one of the tracks for a few weeks until it was beaten. I'd be lying if I told you I'm not playing anymore… I’m still pretty good too.

- What sports did you play growing up? From about six-years-old until my senior year of high school, I was actually a swimmer. I quickly realized that my height (5'9") would leave me at a disadvantage. I picked up my addiction for golf freshman year in high school and improved quickly. As of today, I am one of just two people in my county to make the State Championship individually in two different sports during the same semester (2014 Fall Semester in Swimming and Golf).

- What's the best day or moment of your life to this point? In 2019, I was lucky enough to go to the Masters for the Monday practice round. I spent way too much in the pro shop that day, but I have no regrets. Walking the grounds at Augusta National, seeing my golfing idol Tiger Woods, and eating countless peach ice cream sandwiches set up one of the best days of my entire life.

- Who would be in your dream golf foursome? Tiger Woods, Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Hamill ( I'm a huge Marvel and Star Wars fan)
- Who has been the biggest influence in your life? Without a doubt, my Grandma Julie (I call her Maw Maw) has been the biggest influence in my life. She always shows me countless perspectives on a variety of things that happen in life. I can always count on her to listen to me when I'm feeling down and teach me something when I need to be taught. Her high energy, humor, and wisdom are all aspects that I would like to mimic when I get older.
