Get to know Katie

- What sports did you play growing up? Any significant accomplishments? I played basketball my entire life. I decided not to play in college and go to Wisconsin instead. I joined the team as a student manager and became the Head Manager of the team by my senior year.

- What’s your favorite AJGA experience/memory? Going to Red Rocks in Denver for the first time when I worked the Hale Irwin Colorado Junior. I saw Vance Joy and it was an incredible night. We also went hiking in the mountains while in Denver and went to a Rockies game in the same week.

- What's an experience you'll never forget? I was very fortunate to serve on the Rules Committee for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur this year. I can’t even begin to describe how incredible of an opportunity that was! I am beyond thankful for the opportunities outside of the AJGA that have been shared with me through this job.

- What's your favorite thing to do outside of the AJGA and golf? I love spending time outdoors! Whether it's spending time on the lake, going to the beach, or going on walks in the city. Of course my dog, Penelope, makes all those activities better!

- Where do you want to go next in your career? Who knows! I never imagined working in golf and having such incredible experiences, so I can’t set my limits on what is next. I loved my time working for the Green Bay Packers, so it would be awesome to work in the NFL again.
