ORLANDO, Fla. — The ANNIKA Foundation today announced it’s expanding its portfolio of tournaments with the inaugural CDW Girls Junior All-Star Championship taking place August 15 to 18 at the Ravinia Green Country Club in Riverwoods, Ill. The event will be operated by the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) and marks the first ever all-girls Ninja Junior All-Star Series event conducted by the AJGA. The tournament will be supported by CDW in partnership with Microsoft Client Solutions.

Designated as an ANNIKA Foundation’s Pathway Series event, the tournament offers an opportunity for young female golfers to advance to the next level of competitive play. The winner will earn an exemption to compete in the 2025 Hilton Grand Vacations ANNIKA Invitational presented by Rolex.

In collaboration with the ANNIKA Foundation, we’re proud to introduce the CDW Girls Junior All-Star Championship, exclusively for young female talent aged 12 to 15. This groundbreaking event isn't just about golf. Thanks to CDW and the ANNIKA Foundation, it’s about fostering a community of empowered young girls who are poised to inspire and lead both on and off the fairway.
Stephen Hamblin, AJGA Executive Director

The CDW Girls Junior All-Star Championship will feature a field of 78 elite female players ages 12 to 15. Competitors will be selected using the AJGA’s Performance Based Entry system and will compete in a three-day stroke-play format.

In addition to tournament play, the event will feature an educational session for tournament participants. The More Than Golf session will impart valuable life lessons that young, aspiring golfers can use on and off the course.

This tournament is all about providing young female golfers with more opportunities to compete while showcasing the valuable life lessons the game provides and how they can be applied to everyday pursuits. We’re proud to be partnering with CDW and the AJGA to make this tournament possible, and to further the ANNIKA Foundation’s mission of empowering the next generation of women and girls through golf and in life. We are also happy to help the United States Golf Association identify talent for their newly established U.S. national teams.

With CDW’s support, the ANNIKA Foundation will also host a first-of-its-kind clinic for female business executives to learn more about the game and all the lessons it has to offer on and off the course. The Executive Women’s clinic will be modeled after the foundation’s Share My Passion clinics, which give young female golfers the opportunity to learn about the game and the positive impact it can have on their lives.

We’re excited to partner with Microsoft Client Solutions to support the inaugural Girls Junior All-Stars Championship as it debuts here in Illinois this coming August. As title sponsor, we’re proud to see these young athletes get the opportunity to showcase and further develop their talents and passion for the game, not only in competing against their peers but in building valuable life skills that will serve them in their chosen pursuits both on and off the golf course.
