Three Things for Thursday at the 2017 #StacyLewisInv

Skills Challenge

Wednesday evening, players traveled to Blessings Golf Course to participate in a boys-versus-girls skills challenge. Stations included a long-putting challenge, a chipping station and a “Get Up and Down” relay race. After the boys and girls each took one challenge, the girls won the relay to take two out of three and the Skills Challenge title.

Current Leaders

After carding five birdies, one eagle and zero bogeys in the second round for a 7-under-par 63, Dawson Ovard of Frisco, Texas, is tied for the lead with Jackson Rivera of Rancho Santa Fe, California at 4-under-par 136. Ovard is looking for his first AJGA victory, while Rivera is seeking his second. In the Girls Division, Elina Sinz maintained her lead in the second round, and is heading into the final round with a 4-under-par 138.

Past Champions

As we start the final round of the KPMG Stacy Lewis Junior All-Star Invitational, the field is looking to join an exclusive group of champions.
