Resort Guestroom: Features one king size bed or two double size beds, flat-screen television and private balcony or terrace. All guestrooms are 364 square feet.

Resort Junior Suite: Features one king size bed or two double size beds, spacious living area, flat-screen television and private balcony or terrace. All Resort Junior Suites have either a limited view of the courtyard or the parking lot and are 392 square feet.

Club Cottage: Club Cottages offer a variety of floor plans that include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, washer and dryer, flat-screen television and outdoor terrace. All Club Cottages sleep 4-6 people.

Important Note: After completing the reservation process you will receive an automated e-mail from PGA National Resort & Spa. That e-mail will state that a $25 Resort Fee will apply to your reservation. This fee does not apply, and the e-mail sent from PGA National Resort & Spa is automatically generated and cannot be altered. Private Housing: Please contact Tournament Director Nathan Nottrott at (618) 402-7399 or nnottrott@ajga.org if you need or are seeking more information on private housing. This option is first come, first served, and is not guaranteed, so please contact the tournament director as soon as possible.

In order to fully process your request for private housing, you will be sent information via email to complete. The AJGA will be facilitating background checks of all possible housing options to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere during the event. These checks come with a $50 non-refundable, administrative fee. Upon your request for private housing, the AJGA will bear the expense of the check up-front, and thus, the fee is non-refundable as the process cannot be reversed or withdrawn.

TRAVEL STIPEND
The tournament will reimburse up to $250 for players staying at PGA National Resort & Spa and up to $150 for players not staying at PGA National Resort & Spa. Costs associated with travel (airfare, gas, mileage, rental car) or lodging are eligible for reimbursement. Players must submit the Travel Stipend form found on the tournament microsite with eligible receipts.

Additional Notes: An AJGA Staff member will be located on the starting tees with hole locations and a sand bottle. All players are required to carry their own bag or use a push-cart. It is recommended that all players book flights to arrive Friday, November 22, to ensure that practice rounds can be played on both tournament courses. Once accepted into the tournament field, players may sign up for a practice round tee time on both the Champion and Fazio Courses by logging into the Player Center. Players can only sign up to play in one practice round per day. An AJGA staff member will be available in tournament headquarters and on the starting tees prior to all practice rounds to verify tee times. Please note that every player will play tournament rounds on both the Champion and Fazio Courses.

Additional Practice Rounds Information

Players may arrange additional practice rounds prior to November 23 by contacting the PGA National Resort & Spa golf shop at (561) 627-2000, ext. 5555 on an individual basis. Please identify yourself as an AJGA participant. Rates for additional practice rounds are as outlined as below. ROLEX JUNIOR ALL-AMERICA AWARDS BANQUET

Date: Sunday, November 24

Dress: For men, coat or suit and tie is recommended. For women, dressy separates or a cocktail dress.
Note: All invitees are welcome to attend the Champions Reception starting at 4:30 p.m. outside of the PGA Grand Ballroom. All awards recipients must first report to the British Open Ballroom for team photos by 4:30 p.m. Award recipients will then proceed to the Champions Reception. Doors will open for the banquet at 5:30 p.m. and the program will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

Reservations: All Rolex Tournament of Champions participants will receive one complimentary ticket for the player to the Rolex Junior All-America Awards Banquet courtesy of the AJGA for them to attend. Additional tickets may be purchased for $75 each*.

Members of the AJGA Scholastic Junior All-America Team, Rolex Junior All-America Teams and Rolex Junior Players of the Year will receive three complimentary tickets (one for the participant and two for guests) courtesy of Rolex. Additional tickets may also be purchased $75 each*.

An individual absent from this event because they are not staying at the host hotel, are staying in private housing for the week, or have a long commute do not constitute acceptable circumstances.

BIG MAX PUSH CART BORROW PROGRAM

As the Official push-cart of the AJGA, BIG MAX has provided all players the opportunity to borrow a push cart at one tournament per year. Players who borrow during an AJGA event will be eligible to win a free BIG MAX push-cart in December. Two BIG MAX push carts can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis at every event. If you are interested, see the Tournament Director on-site to reserve one and sign an agreement form.

Note: Players assume the entire risk if they call any other number or individual and receive an incorrect starting time.

A tie for the championship will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. As inclement weather may delay play, please make your departing flight as late as possible. The AJGA will play until dark if necessary to complete the tournament.

AJGA INFORMATION

TAYLORMADE-ADIDAS GOLF LIVE SCORING: Visit ajga.org on your computer or mobile device for TaylorMade-adidas Golf Live Scoring.

AJGA CARES FOR THE COURSE: At all events players will receive a small sand bottle prior to the round to use throughout the day to fill divots on the course. Sand-filling stations will be set up around the course for players to use during their round. The driving range will be set up with sand for players to use following their practice session before and after the round.

JUNIOR PLUS MEMBER SWING VIDEOS: All Junior Plus Members will have the opportunity to have their swings taped on the driving range for the College Coaches website at any time during the event. Players must see the Tournament Director to schedule a time to film their swing video. If you are unsure of your membership status, a list is available in tournament headquarters.

Code of Conduct: All AJGA participants are expected to abide by the AJGA Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. PACE OF PLAY: All AJGA participants are expected to abide by the AJGA Pace of Play policy. Pace of play will be reviewed with all players during the Players Meeting, the Practice Round and on the starting tees before each round. Other Information:
· The condition of competition requiring a player’s clubs conform to the groove and punch mark specifications as detailed in the Rules of Golf Effective January 2019 is IN effect for AJGA competitions. To determine if a club or set of clubs conforms to the new specifications, players should first search the Informational Club Database (Grooves) which is available at http://www.usga.org/InfoClubsDB/index.asp .
· Golf carts and spectator carts are not allowed without a Government issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Please see the Tournament Director on-site to receive an approved cart.
· Caddies are not permitted in AJGA tournament play.
· Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.

NO SHOW POLICY: If you find that you cannot compete in this event, you must withdraw from the event online through the Player Center. If the online withdrawal option is not available, you must speak directly with the tournament director. Complete withdrawal procedures prior to the start of an event are available at ajga.org. This allows the AJGA to replace you with an alternate. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show," and the following action may be taken:

1. If you have already been accepted for another event, you may be notified of your disqualification from that event.
2. If you have not been accepted in another event at this time, your next application may not be considered.
3. If this offense is repeated, you may not be allowed to play in any more events for the remainder of the year.
