AJGA returns to Bella Vista Village

The inaugural Accenture NW Arkansas Junior, sponsored by Accenture, will be played for the first time at Bella Vista Village - Highlands Golf Course in Bella Vista, Arkansas. This will be the first AJGA tournament since 2012 at the Highlands Golf Course. The 54-hole, stroke-play tournament will be held September 3 - 6, 2021. The 78-player field competing for the Accenture NW Arkansas Junior, sponsored by Accenture, will be composed of a Boys and Girls Division, ages 12-19. A qualifier will be taking place at the Highlands Golf Course on September 2nd, 2021.

Players to watch

  • Grace Kilcrease of Springdale, Arkansas, is the top ranked Girls Division golfer in the field (No. 87 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings). The University of Tulsa verbal commit is seeking her second AJGA victory of the year. The 2022 graduate recently won her first-career AJGA victory after winning the Bass Pro Shops / Payne Stewart Junior Championship on July 26th, 2021.
  • Macie Brown of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, is No. 102 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. The 2023 graduate earned her first career AJGA victory on August 10th, 2021 at the Justin Thomas Junior Championship.
  • Bryant Hernandez of San Marino, California, is the top ranked Boys Division golfer in the Rolex AJGA Rankings (No. 89). Hernandez earned his first AJGA career victory at TaylorMade TP5 Junior All-Star this past spring. The 2024 graduate has four career top-10 AJGA finishes.
  • Tomek Pickrell of Cypress, Texas, is currently ranked No. 163 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. Pickrell is coming off his first career AJGA victory at the AJGA Junior Squaw Creek on August 18th, 2021. The 2022 graduate also placed sixth at the C.T Pan Junior Championship this past June.

Qualifying Tournament
More juniors may earn entry into the 2021 Accenture NW Arkansas Junior, sponsored by Accenture, through an 18-hole qualifying tournament. The qualifying tournament is set for 8:00 a.m on September 2nd, 2021 at Bella Vista Village - Highlands Course with a field of 71 Boys and Girls Division golfers. The top-six qualifier finishers for the boys and the top-three finishers for the girls will advance into the Accenture NW Arkansas Junior, sponsored by Accenture. The full qualifier field is here
