William Stelt of Auburn, Alabama, won the AJGA Junior Classic presented by UHY Boys Division Qualifier after shooting 2-under-par 69 in the round. Stelt, a 2023 graduate, was the only Boys Division player to shoot under par. He ended his round with five birdies. The Alabamian also did not a record a bogey on the front nine, recording four out of his five birdies on the front to take the lead. Stelt is seeking his first career AJGA victory in the upcoming tournament this week.

C. A. Carter of Lexington, Kentucky, and Claire Henson of Jackson, Tennessee, are the Girls Division medalist after shooting 1-over-par 72 in the round. Carter, a 2024 graduate, led the Girls Division with five birdies in the round. Carter had three straight birdies from Nos. 2 - No. 4. Henson, a 2024 as well, had one birdie in the round on No. 5. She also did not record a bogey on the back nine to end her round. Both players are on the hunt for their first AJGA victory.
