PRACTICE FACILITIES: To promote social distancing players are encouraged to arrive on-site no more than one hour before their posted tee time. Players will be allowed to warm-up on the driving range or practice putting green in the order that they choose.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The AJGA will not tolerate players or parents who do not adhere to guidelines put in place to promote social distance and player safety. We reserve the right to penalize and/or disqualify players who knowingly and willingly disregard our policies to promote social distance. Players are also responsible for the actions of their family members.

JUPITER HILLS CLUB DRESS CODE & CLUBHOUSE POLICIES: All players and their approved guests will be asked to strictly follow the Jupiter Hills Club Dress Code & Clubhouse Policies. Information regarding the Jupiter Hills Club Dress Code & Clubhouse Policies can be found below:

Golf Attire
Gentlemen: Collared shirts are required and must be conservative in nature and tucked in at all times. Sport shirts designed for golf with a mock collar are not allowed. Golf shorts must be of the proper length and hemmed. Denim, gym wear, or cargo shorts of any kind are not permitted. Headwear must be worn forward. Gentlemen must remove headwear in the clubhouse. Additionally, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted footwear anywhere on property.

Ladies: Ladies’ shirts must be conservative in nature and have either sleeves or collars or both. Golf skirts, skorts and shorts must be of the proper length and hemmed. Ladies may not wear short shorts, tennis-length skirts, tank tops, or halter tops. Denim, gym wear, or cargo shorts of any kind are not permitted.

Cell Phones
All electronic devices must be turned off or placed on vibrate while on Club property. Telephone calls and the retrieval of voice messages are strictly prohibited and permitted only in the designated telephone rooms that are located in the clubhouse. It is a violation of this rule for devices to ring or sound anywhere on Club grounds.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Jupiter Hills Club and practice facilities are CLOSED to AJGA participants (who are not themselves members of the club) from March 1 – May 26, 2022 and players are subject to a TWO-STROKE PENALTY for failure to comply with this policy.Do not call or approach the Jupiter Hills Club, any club employee or member inquiring about extra practice rounds or accessing the golf course and practice facilities. Jupiter Hills Club is a private club and the membership and staff have been very generous in allowing the AJGA to host the 2022 Team TaylorMade Invitational at this venue during our official dates.Attempting to practice, play or see the golf course and practice facilities (or call inquiring about any of these) may result in a TWO-STROKE PENALTY assessed to the first hole of the first round of the Team TaylorMade Invitational.

We encourage juniors to play in the Junior-Am as it is a great opportunity to show appreciation to all the sponsors who have supported the Team TaylorMade Invitational and benefiting charities – Jupiter Hills Foundation, Jupiter Medical Center, and the ACE Grant.

Note: Complimentary valet parking will be required for all juniors and amateurs if playing in the Junior-Am.

An AJGA Staff member will be located on the starting tees to complete equipment surveys and for tournament announcements.
Practice Round and Tournament Hole Locations are available on the tournament website. All players are required to carry their own bag or use a pushcart. All parents and family members are always required to stay on the cart path during the practice round.

PARKING: Complimentary Valet Parking is required on Friday, May 27 only.

POST ROUND: Practice will be permitted at the host facility. Exact practice facility closing times will be posted the week of the tournament. Failure to properly social distance may result in forfeiture of additional practice time.

AJGA CARES FOR THE COURSE: As part of the AJGA’s Code of Conduct policy players are required to fill their divots and ball marks on the golf course. Players will receive a small, lightweight sand bottle at the beginning of each event and should fill the bottles at the sand filling stations on each tee as necessary. The penalty for not following this policy is as follows:
· 1st & 2ndoffense – Player receives a verbal warning
· 3rd& subsequent offenses – Player receives a one-stroke penalty

SCORECARDS: Players will be required to bring a smart phone or device with internet capabilities that supports the Golf Genius application (available on iOS or Android) to use for their official scorecard and live scoring during all AJGA events. Please make sure you have the most updated version of the app. Instructions on how to use the app can be found here . Each player will be provided with a GGID at the starting tee and will be assigned to mark for another player in the group. The player is responsible for providing their own device and ensuring it is fully charged for the round.

PLAYER REGISTRATION: It is recommended that players do not arrive for player registration more than one hour before their tee time. The AJGA will take precautions to make sure player gifts are sanitized prior to registration.

Registration is MANDATORY. Players who fail to attend without prior approval from the tournament director may forfeit their tournament gifts. Approval to miss the Players Registration will be granted only in extreme circumstances. An individual absent from these events because they are not staying at the host hotel, are staying in private housing for the week, or have a long commute do not constitute acceptable circumstances.

Note: Players assume the entire risk if they call any other number or individual and receive an incorrect starting time.

A tie for the championship will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. As inclement weather may delay play, please make your departing flight as late as possible. The AJGA will play until dark if necessary to complete the tournament.

GATE ACCESS: Information regarding gate access to Jupiter Hills Club will be sent to the tournament field prior to the event. Unapproved guests will not be granted access.

FOOD & BEVERAGE ACCESS: Food and drink will be available for purchase (credit card or cash only) from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29 and from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Monday, May 30.

JUNIOR PLUS MEMBER SWING VIDEOS by FLIGHTSCOPE: All Junior Plus Members may record swing metrics and an HD video through FlightScope technology on the driving range at any time during the event. Players can share videos and data in their Player Center, shared to college coaches through AJGA recruiting profiles. Contact the Tournament Director to schedule time to film a swing video.

OFFICIAL YARDAGE BOOK AND GREENS GUIDE – StrackaLine

OFFICIAL PUSH CART OF THE AJGA – BAG BOY
As the Official Push Cart of the AJGA, Bag Boy will be providing all players the opportunity to borrow a Nitron push cart up to two times at any tournament throughout the year. Push carts will be available on a first come, first-serve basis at every event, and players who borrow a push cart during an AJGA event will become eligible to win a free Bag Boy push cart in December. If you are interested, see the Tournament Director on-site to reserve your cart and sign an agreement form.

RANGEFINDERS: The AJGA allows the usage of distance-measuring devices in all AJGA competitions. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or MEASURE OTHER CONDITIONS that might affect his/her play (e.g., gradient, wind speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 4.3(1).

SPECTATOR GOLF CARTS: Golf carts and spectator carts are not allowed without a Government issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Please see the Tournament Director on-site to receive an approved cart.

PUSH CARTS: Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.
