MILTON, Ga. -  Elizabeth Rudisill of Charlotte, North Carolina, won the 2024 Rolex Girls Junior Championship with a 54-hole tournament total score of 11-under-par 205.

Rudisill, No. 44 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings, held strong and finished the final round with a score of 4-under-par 68, including a come from behind putt on the 18th green.

Rudisill was three shots back heading into the final round. Keeping a steady momentum, the 17-year-old carded two birdies on the front nine to make the turn at 2-under-par 70. This was Rudisill's second bogey-free front nine of the tournament.

As the pressure rose heading into the back nine, Rudisill fired off two additional birdies on Nos. 10 and 12. It wasn't until the par-3 No. 13 where she carded a solo bogey on the day. Moving along to the final hole, Rudisill was tied for the lead. After a putt for par, the Vanderbilt verbal commit was able to secure the champion title.

This is Rudisill's first AJGA win since winning the 2022 Buick Shanshan Feng AJGA Girls Invitational.

I was trying to play my own game and focus on my mental game and stay present one shot at a time. I wasn't really worried about where I stood on the leaderboard, I was just trying to hit fairways and greens.
