The American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) is set to return to the Florida Panhandle this spring with the AJGA Preview presented by Destin-Fort Walton Beach, taking place April 11–13 at Shalimar Pointe Golf Club. The tournament will welcome 78 boys and girls, ages 12–19, representing some of the best emerging talent in junior golf. For many participants, this will be their first opportunity to compete in a nationally ranked event, setting the stage for future AJGA events and collegiate careers.
Part of the AJGA’s Preview Series, this tournament is designed to give developing players valuable experience in a competitive setting that mirrors the structure and atmosphere of professional golf events. Aimed at first-time AJGA participants and younger juniors working toward building their tournament résumé, the Preview Series provides a crucial steppingstone for those aspiring to compete at the collegiate or even professional level. The event promises a weekend of high-level play, personal growth, and memorable experiences in one of Florida’s most scenic coastal communities.
