Top five girls to watch at the Rolex Girls Junior Championship

For the 35th annual Rolex Girls Junior Championship, many of the world’s top-ranked junior golfers will gather at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to compete over 54 holes in one of the most prestigious all-girls invitationals in junior golf.

The 2026 field features 72 elite junior golfers with impressive resumes. Among them are nine players ranked inside the top 25 of the Rolex AJGA Rankings, 54 past AJGA champions and 18 Rolex Junior All-Americans.

The field is also well-represented across graduating classes, including 11 seniors from the class of 2026, 21 players from the class of 2027, 26 from the class of 2028, 9 from the class of 2029, four rising talents from the class of 2030 and one standout player from the class of 2031.

Field Summary:

Honorine Ferry of Flower Mound, Texas (2028)

Ferry sits at No. 8 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and is the highest-ranked junior in the field. Since 2022, she has recorded 16 top-10 finishes, including four AJGA victories. Her most recent win came at The PING Invitational in October 2025. In that same year, Ferry earned Rolex Junior All-American honors and represented the West team at the Wyndham Cup.

Grace Carter of Jupiter, Florida (2029)

Carter is No. 11 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. Since 2022, she has compiled an impressive resume with five AJGA victories and 14 top-10 finishes. She earned a spot on the 2024 Junior All-Star Team and was named a Rolex Junior All-American (Second Team) in 2025. Carter returns to the Rolex Girls Junior Championship for the second time.

Rina Kawasaki of Palos Verdes Estates , California(2028)

Kawasaki is No. 13 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. She has built competitive record with one AJGA victory and 15 top-10 finishes. Her performance earned her a spot on the 2023 Junior All-Star Team, and she was later recognized as a Rolex Junior All-American in 2025.

Elin Wang of Beijing, China (2028)

Wang is currently No. 15 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. She has put together a strong resume with three AJGA victories and nine top-10 finishes. Her most recent win came at the AJGA Albany Junior presented by UHY in August 2025. Wang’s consistent performance also earned her recognition as a Rolex Junior All-American in 2025.

Amber Lee of San Diego, California (2029)

Lee is currently No. 17 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. She has recorded 10 top-10 finishes in her AJGA career. In 2025, Lee was selected as a member of the Wyndham Cup West Team and was also honored as a Rolex Junior All-American.
