Evan Vo of Austin, Texas, and Ashleigh Park of Irvine, California, came out victorious at the AJGA Junior at Vista Valley.
Vo had 11 birdies during his play, six of which came during his final round where he shot four-under-par 67 leading to a tournament total of five-under-par 208. The seventeen-year-old is verbally committed to Auburn University and has one pervious AJGA win at the 2017 David Toms Foundation Junior All-Star.
Park battled it out in the final round with fellow competitor Angela (Yilin) Liu of (China) Irvine, California, but ultimately finished on top after a final round one-over-par 72 and a tournament total of one-over-par 214. The University of Texas at Austin commit had one previous AJGA win at the 2018 Natural Resource Partners Bluegrass Junior presented by BrickStreet Insurance.
