The American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) is proud to announce the renewal of its partnership with TaylorMade Golf as Global Sponsor, reaffirming a shared commitment to DEVELOPING GOLF'S NEXT GENERATION® of elite golfers and leaders on and off the course.

TaylorMade has been a valued sponsor of the AJGA since 1990, playing an instrumental role in shaping competitive junior golf through both national events and grassroots player development.

Over the years, TaylorMade’s support has helped provide opportunity and access to thousands of junior golfers through high-level competition, college exposure, and meaningful off-course growth opportunities.

“TaylorMade has long been a cornerstone partner in our mission to develop young men and women through competitive junior golf,” said AJGA Executive Director Stephen Hamblin.

“Their commitment to innovation, excellence, and athlete development mirrors our own, and we are proud to continue this partnership for years to come.”

As part of the renewed agreement, TaylorMade will remain the title sponsor of three premier AJGA events:

  • Team TaylorMade Invitational – One of the AJGA’s elite invitationals, featuring many of the top-ranked junior boys from around the world.
  • TaylorMade Qi35 Junior All-Star & TaylorMade TP5 Junior All-Star – A vital entry point for those newer to national-level competition, offering the chance to gain valuable tournament experience and exposure for players ages 12-15.

Additionally, the partnership will bring a new event to the AJGA schedule. The TaylorMade Junior All-Star Cup will be conducted in 2026 featuring the best junior golfers in the world ages 12-15. The event format is yet to be finalized but will be a team competition that will provide valuable match play experience to the junior golfers involved.

The partnership also continues to enhance the AJGA’s digital presence through the TaylorMade | adidas Live Scoring platform, which allows families, coaches and fans to follow real-time scoring from AJGA events around the world. This platform not only boosts accessibility and engagement but also reflects TaylorMade and adidas’ commitment to innovation and community connection.

In addition to event sponsorships, TaylorMade continues to support core AJGA values that foster leadership, character development and college readiness. This includes providing equipment support to players in need and contributing to initiatives like Leadership Links, which encourages junior golfers to give back to their communities.

"Our partnership with the AJGA has always been about more than equipment, it’s about supporting junior golfers on and off the course,” said TaylorMade Vice President of Sports Marketing Eddie Erkmanis. “For more than 35 years, we’ve seen AJGA alumni rise to the top of the game, and we’re proud to continue investing in programs that help today’s juniors reach their full potential."

For three and a half decades, the partnership has helped launch the careers of countless TaylorMade athletes, including Tiger Woods, Scottie Scheffler, Nelly Korda, Brooke Henderson and Collin Morikawa, all of whom have AJGA roots.

"The AJGA gave me some of my first chances to compete at a high level, and TaylorMade has been a big part of my journey ever since,” said AJGA alumni and 2013 Rolex Junior Player of the Year Scottie Scheffler. “It’s great to see this partnership continue so more juniors can have the same opportunities to grow and prepare for what’s ahead."

"The AJGA played such an important role in my growth as a junior golfer, giving me the chance to compete and learn at the highest level,” said AJGA alumni and three-time Rolex Junior All-American Nelly Korda. “With TaylorMade’s support, more young players will have the same opportunities to develop their games and build confidence for the future."

As the AJGA continues to expand its reach both in the U.S. and globally, TaylorMade’s renewed commitment ensures that more juniors than ever will have access to a world-class golf experience.
