Private Housing: Please contact Tournament Director Cameron Roedel at (630) 487-7522 or croedel@ajga.org if you need or are seeking more information on private housing. This option is first come, first served, and is not guaranteed, so please contact the tournament director as soon as possible.

In order to fully process your request for private housing, you will be sent information via email to complete. The AJGA will be facilitating background checks of all possible housing options as a way to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere during the event. These checks come with a $50 non-refundable, administrative fee. Upon your request for private housing, the AJGA will bear the expense of the check up-front, and thus, the fee is non-refundable as the process cannot be reversed or withdrawn.

An AJGA Staff member will be located on the practice facilities with hole locations and sand bottles. All players are required to carry their own bag or use a push cart.

*NOTE* The AJGA asks for help from parents during the official practice round on Friday, March 15. We are in need of help from parents to shuttle players from the clubhouse to their starting holes in order to begin the practice round. We will also need help shuttling players back to the clubhouse at the conclusion of the practice round. Windsor Golf Club does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to drive golf carts. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Spectator carts will be available for purchase during the practice round ONLY and can be purchased for $15 from the Windsor Golf Club pro shop.

Additional Practice Rounds Information

Players may arrange additional practice rounds by contacting Windsor Golf Club at (707) 838-7888 on an individual basis. Additional practice rounds will be $10 for juniors walking. A separate cart fee of $15 will be applied if desired. For guests wishing to play with AJGA members, the walking rates for Monday-Thursday are $41, Friday will cost $46 and on weekends the price will be $59. Tee times are subject to Windsor Golf Club availability. Be sure to mention that you are an AJGA player in order to ensure the junior rate.

DRIVING RANGE AVAILABILITY:

Balls: Complimentary all day Friday after 11 a.m. and prior to play on Saturday and Sunday. After play on Saturday and Sunday golf balls can be purchased from the Windsor Golf Club pro shop at $4/$7/$10 for small, medium, and large buckets.

Players unable to register at this time MUST notify Tournament Director Cameron Roedel prior to March 15 at (630) 487-7522. Both events are mandatory. Players who fail to attend either or both of these functions without prior approval from the tournament director may forfeit their tournament gifts. Approval to miss Players Registration and Players Meeting will be granted only in extreme circumstances. An individual absent from these events because they are not staying at the host hotel, are staying in private housing for the week, or have a long commute do not constitute acceptable circumstances.

A tie for the championship will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. As inclement weather may delay play, please make your departing flight as late as possible. The AJGA will play until dark if necessary to complete the tournament. Should the player need to withdraw for travel related reasons please understand the withdrawal will be classified as questionable.

AJGA CARES FOR THE COURSE:

At all events players will receive a small sand bottle prior to the round to use throughout the day to fill divots on the course. Sand-filling stations will be set up around the course for players to use during their round. The driving range will be set up with sand for players to use following their practice session before and after the round.

JUNIOR PLUS MEMBER SWING VIDEOS:

All Junior Plus Members will have the opportunity to have their swings taped on the driving range for the College Coaches website at any time during the event. Players must see the Tournament Director to schedule a time to film their swing video. If you are unsure of your membership status, a list is available in tournament headquarters.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

All AJGA participants are expected to abide by the AJGA Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. Proper attire is required at all times and failure to comply may result in disqualification. Click here to view the AJGA’s Code of Conduct .

PACE OF PLAY:

All AJGA participants are expected to abide by the AJGA Pace of Play policy. Pace of play will be reviewed with all players during the Players Meeting, the Practice Round and on the starting tees before each round. Click here to review the AJGA Pace of Play Policy.

OTHER INFORMATION:

The condition of competition requiring a player’s clubs conform to the groove and punch mark specifications as detailed in the Rules of Golf Effective January 2019 is IN effect for AJGA competitions. To determine if a club or set of clubs conforms to the new specifications, players should first search the Informational Club Database (Grooves) which is available at http://www.usga.org/InfoClubsDB/index.asp

  • Golf carts and spectator carts are not allowed without a Government issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Please see the Tournament Director on-site to receive an approved cart.
  • Caddies are not permitted in AJGA tournament play.
  • Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.

NO SHOW POLICY:

If you find that you cannot compete in this event, you must withdraw from the event online through the Player Center. If the online withdrawal option is not available, you must speak directly with the tournament director. Complete withdrawal procedures prior to the start of an event are available at ajga.org. This allows the AJGA to replace you with an alternate. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show," and the following action may be taken:

  1. If you have already been accepted for another event, you may be notified of your disqualification from that event.
  2. If you have not been accepted in another event at this time, your next application may not be considered.
  3. If this offense is repeated, you may not be allowed to play in any more events for the remainder of the year.
