PRACTICE FACILITIES: To promote social distancing players will be assigned practice times on the driving range and practice putting green before the round. The Stanford Golf Learning Center & Driving Range (51 Campus Dr. Stanford, CA) is located across the street from the golf course. A player’s time on the driving range will start ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES before their tee time and the player will be allotted the first 30 minutes to warm up on the driving range. Example, if you have the 10:30 a.m. tee time, your driving range time is from 9:15 – 9:45 a.m. If you do not use the range prior to 9:45 a.m., you have forfeited your range time. An AJGA staff member will be monitoring the driving range monitoring players and enforcing social distancing. Players may not arrive at the Stanford Golf Learning Center & Driving Range more than one hour and 15 minutes before their tee time. The rest of the player’s warm-up time can be spent on the practice putting green, which is located at Stanford Golf Course.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The AJGA will not tolerate players or parents who do not adhere to guidelines put in place to promote social distance and player safety. We reserve the right to penalize and/or disqualify players who knowingly and willingly disregard our policies to promote social distance. Players are also responsible for the actions of their family members.

POST ROUND: All players will be required to leave the facility immediately following their round.

OFF-SITE DRIVING RANGE: Baylands Golf Links, located 5.2 miles from Stanford Golf Course, will be open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and The Golf Club at Moffett Field, 12.9 miles, will be open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. if players wish to have additional practice.

SPECTATORS: Per Santa Clara County’s current COVID-19 guidelines no spectators will be allowed on property at Stanford Golf Course (including the driving range) at any time during the practice round and tournament rounds. Players can be dropped off/picked up in the Stanford Golf Course parking lot. Spectators must remain in the car during this time. Spectators will not be allowed to access the golf course from side entrances. Players who show up with a spectator who does not follow the requirements above will be subject to a one-stroke penalty under the AJGA Code of Conduct Policy.

The Stanford Golf Learning Center & Driving Range is located across the street from the golf course (51 Campus Drive Stanford, CA). Due to the removal of shuttles per our COVID-19 protocols we ask that parents drive their player from the driving range to the clubhouse.

Players may have 1 (one) spectator join them at tournament registration, but that spectator must return to the car immediately following registration.
