Onsite Transportation: Complimentary on resort transportation for resort guests. Shuttles will start at 6:30 a.m. on Friday and 5:45 a.m. Saturday – Monday.

PRACTICE FACILITIES: To promote social distancing players are encouraged to arrive on-site no more than one hour before their posted tee time. Players will be allowed to warm-up on the driving range or practice putting green in the order that they choose.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The AJGA will not tolerate players or parents who do not adhere to guidelines put in place to promote social distance and player safety. We reserve the right to penalize and/or disqualify players who knowingly and willingly disregard our policies to promote social distance. Players are also responsible for the actions of their family members.

POST ROUND: Limited practice will be permitted at the host facility. All players will have 60 minutes starting immediately when the player leaves the dining area after eating their tournament provided lunch. Players may spend their allotted practice time on either the practice putting or chipping green or driving range given space and availability. An AJGA staff member or volunteer will be monitoring the practice facilities and expect all players and approved spectators to appropriately social distance. Failure to abide by the outlined practice facility schedule or failure to properly social distance may result in forfeiture of additional practice time.

An AJGA Staff member will be located on the first tee to complete equipment surveys and for tournament announcements.
Practice Round and Tournament Hole Locations are available on the tournament website. The AJGA will not have hard copies of these available. All players are required to carry their own bag or use a push cart. All parents and family members are always required to stay on the cart path during the practice round.

Additional Practice Rounds Information
Players may arrange additional practice rounds by contacting Streamsong Resort at (844) 207-8079 on an individual basis. Resort guests may schedule practice round reservations when scheduling their lodging accommodations. Additional practice rounds will be $89+ for participants and at the prevailing rate for additional guests plus cart fee if riding. Discounted participant practice rounds are available starting Friday, May 21.

Additional Notes:
- Caddies are required when riding and will incur an additional fee.
- Practice rounds will be subject to Streamsong Resort’s availability.
- The Blue Course will be closed until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26.

Additional practice rounds are at the individual’s expense and are provided at a reduced rate by the AJGA and the host facility. Players and guests must comply with all rules & expectations at the host facility including, but not limited to, a restriction of the number of shots to be played, disrespectful behavior towards host club staff and/or members, overall time limits and limitations of non-paying guests. Failure to comply with these rules and Streamsong Resort’s rules and regulations with regards to social distancing may result in the forfeiture of your practice round and potentially disqualification from the tournament.

SPECTATOR GOLF CARTS: No spectator carts will be allowed. Golf carts will only be approved for those with a Government issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Those who wish to rent a cart due to permanent disability MUST e-mail Tournament Director Nathan Nottrott at nnottrott@ajga.org prior to arrival on-site. Any walk-up requests for a handicap cart will not be honored.

AJGA CARES FOR THE COURSE : As part of the AJGA’s Code of Conduct policy players are required to fill their divots and ball marks on the golf course. Players will receive a small, lightweight sand bottle at the beginning of each event and should fill the bottles at the sand filling stations on each tee as necessary. The penalty for not following this policy is as follows:

· 1st & 2nd offense – Player receives a verbal warning
· 3rd & subsequent offenses – Player receives a one-stroke penalty

SCORECARDS: Players will be required to bring a smart phone or device with internet capabilities that supports the Golf Genius application (available on iOS or Android) to use for their official scorecard and live scoring during all AJGA events. Please make sure you have the most updated version of the app. Instructions on how to use the app can be found here and here . Each player will be provided with a GGID at the starting tee and will be assigned to mark for another player in the group. The player is responsible for providing their own device and ensuring it is fully charged for the round.

PLAYER REGISTRATION: It is recommended that players do not arrive for player registration more than one hour before their tee time. The AJGA will take precautions to make sure player gifts are sanitized prior to registration.

Registration is MANDATORY. Players who fail to attend without prior approval from the tournament director may forfeit their tournament gifts. Approval to miss the Players Registration will be granted only in extreme circumstances. An individual absent from these events because they are not staying at the host hotel, are staying in private housing for the week, or have a long commute do not constitute acceptable circumstances.

Note: Players assume the entire risk if they call any other number or individual and receive an incorrect starting time.

A tie for the championship will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. As inclement weather may delay play, please make your departing flight as late as possible. The AJGA will play until dark if necessary, to complete the tournament.

YARDAGE BOOKS: Yardage books will be available for purchase in the Streamsong Resort pro shop for $9 each.

JUNIOR PLUS MEMBER SWING VIDEOS by FLIGHTSCOPE: All Junior Plus Members will have the opportunity to have their swing metrics and HD video recorded through FlightScope technology on the driving range for the College Coaches website at any time during the event. Players must contact the Tournament Director to schedule a time to film their swing video.

OFFICIAL YARDAGE BOOK AND GREENS GUIDE – StrackaLine
StrackaLine provides a 25% discount on yardage books and greens guides to participants of the Team TaylorMade Invitational hosted at Streamsong Resort. The discount can be accessed online here .

RANGEFINDERS: The AJGA allows the usage of distance-measuring devices in all AJGA competitions. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or MEASURE OTHER CONDITIONS that might affect his/her play (e.g., gradient, wind speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 4.3(1).

SPECTATOR GOLF CARTS: Golf carts and spectator carts are not allowed without a Government issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Please see the Tournament Director on-site to receive an approved cart.

PUSH CARTS: Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.
