PRACTICE FACILITIES: To promote social distancing players will be assigned practice times on the driving range and practice putting green before the round.

The driving range is currently under construction at The Golf Club at Texas A&M and will not be available for the tournament. Players will have access to Aggieland Driving Range (3751 Rock Prairie Road West, College Station, Texas 77845). There are a limited number of parking spots onsite at Aggieland Driving Range, but there will be enough spots available for players. A player’s time on the driving range will start ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES before their tee time and the player will be allotted the first 30 minutes to warm up on the driving range. Example, if you have the 8 a.m. tee time, your driving range time is from 6:45 – 7:15 a.m. If you do not use the range prior to 7:15 a.m., you have forfeited your range time. An AJGA staff member will be monitoring the driving range monitoring players and enforcing social distancing. The rest of the player’s warm-up time can be spent on the practice putting green and/or short game area. Players may not arrive at Aggieland Driving Range more than one hour and 15 minutes before their tee time.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The AJGA will not tolerate players or parents who do not adhere to guidelines put in place to promote social distance and player safety. We reserve the right to penalize and/or disqualify players who knowingly and willingly disregard our policies to promote social distance. Players are also responsible for the actions of their family members.

SPECTATORS: No more than one (1) guest per player is allowed on-site for the tournament. Spectators must be a family member, guardian or someone in your traveling party. Social distancing guidelines will be monitored and enforced throughout the tournament. Players with more than one spectator on-site could be subject to a one-stroke penalty under the AJGA Code of Conduct Policy.

FACE COVERINGS: It has been mandated by the state of Texas and Brazos County that all players, parents and spectators must wear face coverings while on site and are unable to social distance. Face coverings are also required at all times while inside the clubhouse.

POST ROUND: All players will be required to leave the facility immediately following their round.

OFF-SITE DRIVING RANGE: More information regarding the off-site driving range will be available at a later date
