Whittaker will play in his first AJGA competition of 2021 after making his debut at the 2020 UHY Kansas City Junior.

The Girls Division medalist crown was shared between Lucy Wang of Diamondbar, California, Chia-En Song of (Taiwan) Hsinchu City, Taiwan, and Alyssa Kurji of Dallas, Texas, at 4-over-par 76. This is Wang's second straight medalist honor, following the 2021 GreatLIFE Junior Challenge by Sanford Health. Kurji's round was capped off by three consecutive birdies to leap into top spot and secure a tournament place.
