EXPENSES: The AJGA will reimburse The Nelly Invitational presented by Chevron participants for their expenses as follows:
$2,000 - Traveling from the U.S.
$2,500 - Traveling from outside the U.S.
PRACTICE ROUND
Date: Saturday, May 23rd
Time: 2 p.m. Shotgun. Players will be called to the carts for announcements approximately 30 minutes prior to the shotgun.

Signup: Golf Genius (link to sign up for a starting hole will be sent out one week before practice round)
Signup Dates: Saturday, May 16 – Sunday, May 22
AJGA Staff members will be located on the course to complete equipment surveys and to answer any questions.
Practice Round Hole Locations will be available at the cart staging area. Tournament Hole Locations will be on the tournament website. All players are required to carry their own bag or use a push cart. All parents and family members are always required to stay on the cart path during the practice round. ADDITIONAL PRACTICE ROUND INFORMATION
The Concession Golf Club course and practice facilities are CLOSED to AJGA participants who have been admitted to the The Nelly Invitational presented by Chevron (who are not themselves members of the club) other than the instances below:
Players have been invited to play by a member of The Concession Golf Club with whom they have a pre-existing relationship. Soliciting members about tee times is NOT PERMITTED at any time and will result in forfeiture of your official practice round, or other penalty as outlined below.
Players and guests must comply with all rules & expectations at the host facility including, but not limited to, a restriction of the number of shots to be played, disrespectful behavior towards host club staff and/or members, overall time limits and limitations of non-paying guests.
Failure to comply with the host facilities rules and regulations and the AJGA Player and Spectator Code of Conduct may result in the following penalties:
1. Forfeiture of your official practice round
2. Two stroke penalty or disqualification from the tournament
3. Loss of spectating privileges for the player involved

Player Cost: $277/person + tax and $40 case gratuity paid to the caddie at the end of the round

Special Notes:
· Please call to schedule an additional practice round between May 7 and May 17
· One guest per junior is allowed
· No additional carts for spectators will be allowed and you must have a valid driver’s license to rent a cart
· All participants will need a caddie for the extra practice rounds
· Practice facilities prior to the event are only available 30 minutes prior to paid tee time. No access to practice facilities after the additional practice round or on days when you don’t have a paid tee time scheduled.
JUNIOR-AM INFORMATION:

We encourage juniors to play in the Junior-Am as it is a great opportunity to show appreciation to all the sponsors who are supporting the tournament and benefitting charities.

PRACTICE FACILITIES: Players are encouraged to arrive on-site no more than 2 hours before the practice round shotgun.
POST ROUND: Practice will be permitted at the host facility. The practice facilities will close at 7 p.m.

PLAYER REGISTRATION: It is recommended that players do not arrive for player registration more than one hour before their tee time.

Players unable to register at this time MUST notify Tournament Director Adam Stover prior to May 23 at 814-571-7703.
Registration is MANDATORY.Players who fail to attend without prior approval from the tournament director may forfeit their tournament gifts. Approval to miss the Players Registration will be granted only in extreme circumstances. An individual absent from these events because they are not staying at the host hotel or have a long commute do not constitute acceptable circumstances.
CLUBHOUSE GUIDELINES:
- No cell phones in clubhouse.
- The Men and Women locker rooms and Men’s Grill in the men’s locker room are members only
- Dress Attire: No T-shirts, jeans or cargo shorts. All guests must be wearing golf attire or better.
- The restaurant and bar inside the clubhouse will be available for parents.
- The Concession Golf Club is a cashless facility.
TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS: The Nelly Invitational presented by Chevron Tournament Headquarters is located in the Caddie Shack.
SCORECARDS: Players will be required to bring a smart phone or device with internet capabilities that supports the Golf Genius application (available on iOS or Android) to use for their official scorecard and live scoring during all AJGA events. Please make sure you have the most updated version of the app. Instructions on how to use the app can be found here . Each player will be provided with a GGID at the starting tee and will be assigned to mark for another player in the group. The player is responsible for providing their own device and ensuring it is fully charged for the round. Under Rule 3.3b(1) after each hole during the round, the marker should confirm with the player the number of strokes on that hole and enter the gross score on the scorecard. Failure to uphold their responsibility as the marker may result in a penalty or disqualification in violation of the AJGA’s Player Code of Conduct.
AJGA CARES FOR THE COURSE: As part of the AJGA’s Code of Conduct policy players are required to fill their divots and ball marks on the golf course. Players will receive a small, lightweight sand bottle at the beginning of each event and should fill the bottles at the sand filling stations on each tee as necessary. The penalty for not following this policy is as follows:
· 1st & 2nd offense – Player receives a verbal warning
· 3rd & subsequent offenses – Player receives a one-stroke penalty
JUNIOR PLUS MEMBER SWING VIDEOS by FLIGHTSCOPE: All Junior Plus Members may record swing metrics and an HD video through FlightScope technology on the driving range at any time during the event. Players can share videos and data in their Player Center, shared to college coaches through AJGA recruiting profiles. Contact the Tournament Director to schedule time to film a swing video.
OFFICIAL YARDAGE BOOK AND GREENS GUIDE – Strackaline: The AJGA will provide Strackaline yardage books for the The Nelly Invitational presented by Chevron.
PUSH CARTS: Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.
RANGEFINDERS: The AJGA allows the usage of distance-measuring devices in all AJGA competitions. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or MEASURE OTHER CONDITIONS that might affect his/her play (e.g., gradient, wind speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 4.3(1).
SPECTATOR GOLF CARTS: Golf carts and spectator carts are not allowed without a Government issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Please see the Tournament Director on-site, prior to the first round, to receive an approved cart.
