Taylor Kehoe of (Canada) Strathroy, Ontario, fired a 1-under-par 71 in the second round to take a one-stroke lead in the Girls Division. The Alabama commit recorded three birdies on the back nine to help her maintain the top spot. She will look to win her fifth AJGA title tomorrow.
Camille Kuznik of Orono, Minnesota, finished the second round with a score of even-par 72 to sit in second going into the final round. Allyn Stephens of Houston, Texas, Ariel Chang of Macomb Township, Michigan, and Sky Sudberry of The Woodlands, Texas, are all tied for third at even-par after the first two rounds.
Lorenzo Pinili of Rochester Hills, Michigan, leads the Boys Division heading into the final day after carding a 5-under-par 67 in the second round. Seven birdies helped Pinili rise to the top of the leaderboard Wednesday. He will look to win his first AJGA tournament.
Nate Stevens of Northfield, Minnesota, and Brock Snyder of Ames, Iowa, are tied for second and trail Pinili by one-stroke. Stevens fired a round of 4-under-par 68 and Snyder shot a 5-under-par 67. Both Stevens and Snyder look to win their first AJGA tournament.
