Dabagia moves up the leaderboard

Madison Dabagia of Fort Wayne, Indiana, improves her score by three strokes and leads the Girls Division with a score of 5-under-par 139. Dabagia had a spotless round with no bogeys and four birdies. She was named the 2021 Champion of the Girls Indiana Junior PGA Championship.

In second, with a score of 4-under-par 140, is Kate Brody of Grand Blanc, Michigan. Brody has eight birdies in the tournament and has birdied Nos. 10 & 16 each round. Cara Heisterkamp of Westlake, Ohio, holds her own at third with a score of 2-under-par 142. In July 2021, Heisterkamp was named the Champion of the Ohio Junior Girls Championship.

Jacob Modleski of Noblesville, Indiana, leads for the second day with a score of 12-under-par 132. He has scored 6-under-par each round. He improved his game play in the second round as he had zero bogeys.

With a score of 10-under-par 134, Mitchell Hoey of Alamo, California, is in second place. Hoey has 12 birdies in the tournament. In third with a score of 6-under-par 138, is Garrett Engle. He birdied Nos. 11 & 17 each day. Elias Kennon of Old Greenwich, Connecticut, is in fourth with a score of 5-under-par 139. He had a bogey-free back nine with a birdie on No. 16.

Sharing fifth with a score of 4-under-par 140 are Jackson Brimfield of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Cooper Eberle of Richmond, Kentucky, and Bradley Chill Jr of Columbia Station, Ohio. Brimfield has two eagles in the tournament. Eberle and Chill Jr both birdied Nos. 1 & 4 in the round.
