In second, with a score of 4-under-par 140, is Kate Brody of Grand Blanc, Michigan. Brody has eight birdies in the tournament and has birdied Nos. 10 & 16 each round. Cara Heisterkamp of Westlake, Ohio, holds her own at third with a score of 2-under-par 142. In July 2021, Heisterkamp was named the Champion of the Ohio Junior Girls Championship.

Sharing fifth with a score of 4-under-par 140 are Jackson Brimfield of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Cooper Eberle of Richmond, Kentucky, and Bradley Chill Jr of Columbia Station, Ohio. Brimfield has two eagles in the tournament. Eberle and Chill Jr both birdied Nos. 1 & 4 in the round.
