In order to fully process your request for private housing, you will be sent information via email to complete. The AJGA will be facilitating background checks of all possible housing options as a way to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere during the event. These checks come with a $50 non-refundable, administrative fee. Upon your request for private housing, the AJGA will bear the expense of the check up-front, and thus, the fee is non-refundable as the process cannot be reversed or withdrawn.

An AJGA Staff member will be located at player registration with hole locations and sand bottles. All players are required to carry their own bag or use a push cart.
Additional Practice Rounds Information
There are a limited number of spots in the morning practice round in order to help accommodate the host facility. All remaining practice round spots are reserved for the afternoon Junior-AM fundraising tournament beginning at 1 p.m.
Players may arrange additional practice rounds by contacting The Country Club of the South at (770) 475-6779 on an individual basis. Additional practice rounds will be $50 for juniors and $100 for parents and will be subject to the Country Club of the South's availability. Additional practice rounds may be booked April 8 - 25 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
All AJGA players are guests of The Country Club of the South and should abide by AJGA practice round policies during any additional practice rounds at The Country Club of the South, please play one golf ball throughout the round and be mindful of the group behind you.

Players unable to register at this time MUST notify Tournament Director Solomon Hughes prior to April 25 at (614) 315-2446. Players Registration is mandatory. Players who fail to attend registration without prior approval from the tournament director may forfeit their tournament gifts. Approval to miss Players Registration will be granted only in extreme circumstances. An individual absent from these events because they are not staying at the host hotel, are staying in private housing for the week, or have a long commute do not constitute acceptable circumstances.

A tie for the championship will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. As inclement weather may delay play, please make your departing flight as late as possible. The AJGA will play until dark if necessary to complete the tournament. Should the player need to withdraw for travel related reasons please understand the withdrawal will be classified as questionable.

IMPORTANT COURSE NOTES:
Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase each morning and afternoon in the Men’s Grill starting at 6:30 a.m. The Turn House will also be open each day between 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
LOCKER ROOM ACCESS:
Players will be given access to the locker rooms at The Country Club of the South during the tournament. Please be respectful of the facility at all times and utilize it as much or as little as you desire. A locker room attendant will also be on duty during the event; if using his services, please issue gratuities accordingly.
AJGA CARES FOR THE COURSE:
At all events players will receive a small sand bottle prior to the round to use throughout the day to fill divots on the course. Sand-filling stations will be set up around the course for players to use during their round. The driving range will be set up with sand for players to use following their practice session before and after the round.
JUNIOR PLUS MEMBER SWING VIDEOS:
All Junior Plus Members will have the opportunity to have their swings taped on the driving range for the College Coaches website at any time during the event. Players must see the Tournament Director to schedule a time to film their swing video. If you are unsure of your membership status, a list is available in tournament headquarters.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
All AJGA participants are expected to abide by the AJGA Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. The condition of competition requiring a player’s clubs conform to the groove and punch mark specifications as detailed in the Rules of Golf Effective January 2019 is IN effect for AJGA competitions. To determine if a club or set of clubs conforms to the new specifications, players should first search the Informational Club Database (Grooves) which is available at http://www.usga.org/InfoClubsDB/index.asp
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you find that you cannot compete in this event, you must withdraw from the event online through the Player Center. If the online withdrawal option is not available, you must speak directly with the tournament director. Complete withdrawal procedures prior to the start of an event are available at ajga.org. This allows the AJGA to replace you with an alternate. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show," and the following action may be taken:
